These are all great Christmas gift ideas. In the tough economy we are currently in it’s nice to know there are great alternatives to the standard Christmas gift. And if you give something cool like homemade snacks, you don’t have to worry about the recipient returning or exchanging the gift. After all, who doesn’t like homemade snacks??!!

I often make chocolate truffles (I am a chocolate addict) and they have always been received with great pleasure, whenever I have given as gifts. In this difficult economy, home made gifts are really going to be prevalent this year. It’s great that you are giving people ideas about keeping the holidays costs down.

My 4 year old loves to watch the DVD and it helps him learn how to blend letters into words. The books are wonderful because most of the words are simple words that he can sound…
